Choose Your Access to the MyRCI Patient Portal

2. Enter your Name and Date of Birth. Click the LOGIN button. If you have previously registered, you may also LOGIN WITH PASSWORD to access the Patient Portal.

3. The Home screen allows you to access multiple tools. You may read Messages, access Billing, manage Appointments, and view Imaging Results in your Health Record.

Instructions Using the Mobile App

Important: All information entered (name, date of birth, and mobile phone number) must exactly match your RCI records. For example, if you are registered as Joseph in the RCI system, Joe will not work in the MyRCI Patient Portal.

1. When you launch the app for the first time, you will be prompted to Create an Account. Enter your Name, Date of Birth, and Mobile Phone Number.

2. If you have previously registered, enter your Password on the login screen to access the Patient Portal.

3. The Home screen allows you to access multiple tools. You may read Messages, access Billing, manage your Schedule, and view Imaging Results in My Health.
