MyRCI Patient Portal FAQ

Managing your healthcare should be simple and convenient. We understand that questions or technical issues may occasionally arise. If you don’t find the information you’re looking for in this FAQ, please contact us for personalized support — we’re happy to help.

The MyRCI Patient Portal is a secure online tool that gives you personalized access to portions of your medical records from the comfort of your home. It allows you to conveniently manage your healthcare information and communicate with our team.

Once you are registered and logged in, you can:

  • Access your health information through a secure login
  • Request, reschedule, or cancel appointments
  • View billing statements and make online payments
  • Grant access to family members or caregivers

MyRCI portal uses a unique mobile phone number as your username for security and identity verification. Only one account can be associated with each mobile number.

No. A mobile phone number can only be used for one registered account. Patients who share a phone will need separate numbers to create their own accounts.

After logging in to the MyRCI Patient Portal, you can select the patient account you would like to view from your account dashboard. The banner at the top of the screen will display the name of the patient whose account you are currently viewing, so you can easily confirm you are in the correct profile.

Yes. Children may have their own portal accounts if they have an active medical record with our Imaging Center.
Each child’s account must be registered using a unique, unused mobile phone number. In most cases, parents or legal guardians use the Request Access feature to view the child’s health information and manage appointments on their behalf.

The Request Access feature allows a user to request permission to view and manage another patient’s portal account. This feature is commonly used by parents, legal guardians, or caregivers who need access to a patient’s medical information and appointments. Access is granted only after proper authorization and verification.

If the information entered does not match the invited person’s account details, the access request will not be processed. Please verify the information with the invited user and submit the request again.

To give someone access to your account, log in to the MyRCI Patient Portal and navigate to the Account section. From there, complete the “Invite Authorized User” form. Please ensure the information you enter matches the other person’s account details exactly. Once access is granted, you may revoke it at any time through your account settings.

Not yet. Email login will be added in a future update. You may enter your email address during registration to prepare for this upcoming feature.

Yes. You may choose between logging in with your traditional password or using a secure, passwordless option. The passwordless method sends a one-time verification code via text message (SMS) to your registered mobile phone. Both login options are available once your account has been successfully registered.

Error messages typically occur when the information entered during registration does not match our records. Please verify that your full name, date of birth, and mobile phone number match exactly what we have on file. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our office for assistance. Our team will be happy to help.
